Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council: Tree planting

• Purpose: Solihull Council’s Planting Our Future initiative aims to plant 250,000 more trees by 2030.

• Description: Cllr Edward Fitter recorded and promoted a 30-second video to showcase Solihull Council’s work to plant trees. It has received over 10,000 views and highlights the positive impact tree planting has on air quality and on the look and feel of our streets. You could showcase your work to protect the environment to residents using a similar technique.
