Elliott joined CEN in 2025, after qualifying for the Bar and working as the Parliamentary Assistant for Theo Clarke MP. Alongside his studies and employment, Elliott is a Director of the Conservative Friends of CANZUK and was previously a CEN Ambassador. Elliott attended the inaugural CEN Academy in 2022. He holds an LLM in Global Environment and Climate Change Law from the University of Edinburgh. Elliott is particularly interested in protecting our rivers and enhancing the Blue Belt Programme.
