Dillon Smith

Dillon joined CEN in 2026, coming from the Centre for Policy Studies where he was Head of Energy and Environment. He has a background in finance, having worked previously in debt capital markets at Deutsche Bank in London and New York. He oversees all of CEN’s policy work.
